Urns
Many families find comfort in choosing a special way to honour their companion after an in-home farewell. A meaningful keepsake or urn becomes a place for remembrance, connection, and ongoing love.
All private cremations come with a complimentary standard urn. Personalized urns are also available.
Complimentary standard urns
If you have made private cremation arrangements for your companion, you can select from one of five complimentary standard urns. Engraving and personalization is available at an additional cost.

Keepsakes are way to preserve the memories and maintain our connection to our beloved companion. We offer complimentary fur clippings during your meaningful goodbye. However, you may prefer a personalized keepsake such as an ink paw print, ceramic paw print or jewellery at an additional cost.

Delivery of urn, paw prints and keepsakes
We arrange for the delivery of your companion's urn and keepsakes on your behalf to your primary veterinarian.
Your companion's urn is generally ready to go home within five to 10 business days. Keepsakes will vary from five to 10 business days up to seven to 10 weeks.
If you prefer to pick up your companion’s urn and keepsakes at the pet memorial centre in Surrey, we can make arrangements for your family.
