Complimentary classic urns
If you have made private cremation arrangements for your companion, you can select from one of five complimentary classic urns. Engraving and personalization is available at an additional cost.

Keepsakes
Keepsakes are way to preserve the memories and maintain our connection to our beloved companion. We offer complimentary fur clippings during your meaningful goodbye. However, you may prefer a personalized keepsake such as an ink paw print, ceramic paw print or jewellery at an additional cost.

Delivery of urn and keepsakes
We arrange for delivery of your companion's urn and keepsakes on your behalf to your primary veterinarian. Your companion's urn is generally ready to go home within 5-10 business days. Keepsakes will vary from 5-10 business days up to 7-10 weeks. If you prefer to pick up your companion’s urn and keepsakes at the pet memorial centre in Surrey, we can make arrangements for your family.
