    My family had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our dog down right before Christmas in the middle of all the snow this year….I wasn't able to go out in the snow so it was so important to me to have them able to come to the house the same day and keep my dog comfortable in her last moments. And when they dropped off her ashes they included a beautiful card. They did everything they possibly could have to make this horrible process a little easier. My boy had the most comfortable end of life in his calm and loving home.
